Day to day itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival in Cairo
Welcome to Egypt! Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be welcomed by our local representative, who will assist you with the arrival formalities and onward transfer.
Travel comfortably to your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle and complete the check-in process. The remainder of the day is free to relax after your journey or begin exploring Cairo at your own pace.

Day 2 : Guided Tour of Great Pyramids and Sphinx of Giza with Grand Egyptian Museum Visit
After breakfast, begin your exploration of ancient Egypt with a guided visit to the legendary Giza Plateau. Admire the magnificent Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus, monumental structures that continue to showcase the remarkable achievements of ancient Egyptian civilisation.

Day 4 : Fly from Cairo to Sharm El-Sheikh
Enjoy breakfast before checking out and transferring to Cairo Domestic Airport for your flight to Sharm El Sheikh.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
- Booking Deposit: A non-refundable 10% deposit of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.
- Final Payment: Full payment must be made 60 days prior to departure.
- Bookings Within 60 Days: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Price Changes: ADVAGO TRAVELS reserves the right to revise tour prices. Any applicable difference must be paid by the customer at the time of booking.
- Pricing Basis: All prices are per person on twin-sharing basis. A single supplement applies for solo occupancy.
- Price Validity: Prices and offers are indicative and may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice until full payment is received within the stipulated timeline.
2. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellation by Client:
- More than 60 days before departure: 10% deposit will be forfeited.
- 60–46 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost will be charged.
- 45–31 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost will be charged.
- 30 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost will be charged.
Cancellation by ADVAGO TRAVELS:
- ADVAGO TRAVELS may cancel a tour due to insufficient participation or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of cancellation by ADVAGO TRAVELS, the tour amount paid will be refunded in full.
- ADVAGO TRAVELS will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by clients in preparation for the tour.
3. TRAVEL INSURANCE
- Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants.
- The policy must cover medical expenses, trip cancellation and emergency repatriation.
- Proof of valid travel insurance must be provided before departure.
4. HEALTH, FITNESS & ACCESSIBILITY
- Participants must be physically and mentally fit for the tour.
- Any pre-existing medical conditions or specific requirements must be disclosed at booking.
- ADVAGO TRAVELS may decline a booking where medically necessary.
- Tours may involve walking, climbing stairs and extended periods on foot.
- Standard tour packages do not include assistance for guests with special needs.
- Special assistance may be arranged at an additional cost, subject to feasibility.
- Guests with specific requirements should consult ADVAGO TRAVELS before booking.
- ADVAGO TRAVELS is not liable where attractions, hotels, restaurants, airlines or other suppliers deny entry or services due to disability or special needs.
5. PASSPORT & VISA
- Obtaining a valid passport and required visa(s) is the sole responsibility of the traveller.
- Passport validity must generally extend at least 6 months beyond the tour return date.
- ADVAGO TRAVELS is not responsible for visa rejection or denial of entry.
- In case of visa rejection, all visa-processing or other expenses incurred by ADVAGO TRAVELS are non-refundable and will be payable by the customer.
6. TOUR MODIFICATIONS
- ADVAGO TRAVELS may modify the itinerary due to weather, local conditions, operational requirements or force majeure events.
- No refund will be provided for services not used due to client choice or circumstances beyond ADVAGO TRAVELS' control.
- ADVAGO TRAVELS reserves the right to modify tour prices, inclusions, services or offers, or withdraw an offer without assigning a reason.
7. ADVAGO TRAVELS – RESPONSIBILITY
- Arrange and coordinate the tour services as confirmed.
- Provide professional tour guides and required tour services.
- Maintain a reasonable duty of care towards tour participants.
