Day to day itinerary
Day 1 : Day 01: Arrival at NJP / Bagdogra (IXB) and Drive to Gangtok

Arrive at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) or Bagdogra Airport (IXB), at 413 ft / 126 m. Our local representative will meet you and help you board your vehicle to Gangtok. On reaching, check in to your hotel and relax. Overnight in Gangtok.
Day 2 : Tsomgo (Tshangu) Lake & New Baba Mandir Excursion

New Baba Mandir · 13,100 ft / 3,994 m · a further 18 km · 1 hr drive from the lake
After breakfast, set out on a full-day excursion to Tshangu Lake and New Baba Mandir, high in the Himalayas. Return to Gangtok in the evening. Overnight in Gangtok.
Good to know
- Documents needed for Tshangu Lake and New Baba Mandir: 2 passport-size photos and a photocopy of a photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID). PAN Card and Aadhaar Card are not accepted. Children below 18 years must carry a School or College ID. Please bring the originals with you while travelling.
- If the Tshangu Lake visit is not possible because of a landslide or other unforeseen reasons, we will arrange alternative sightseeing.
- The process for foreign nationals, OCI and PIO cardholders is completely different. Please tell us well in advance so we can plan the itinerary accordingly.
Optional add-on

Day 3 : Day 03: Gangtok to Pelling

After breakfast, drive to Pelling. On arrival, check in to your hotel. Overnight in Pelling.
Day 4 : Day 04: Pelling Sightseeing and Drive to Darjeeling
Darjeeling · 6,710 ft / 2,046 m · 125 km · 5 to 6 hrs drive
After breakfast, check out and explore Pelling, covering:
- Pemayangtse Monastery
- Rabdentse Ruins
- Chenrezig Statue
- Skywalk
Later, drive to Darjeeling. On arrival, check in to your hotel. Overnight in Darjeeling.
Day 5 : Day 05: Darjeeling Sunrise & Local Sightseeing

Sunrise at Tiger Hill*: Start early, around 4:00 AM (subject to clear weather), for Tiger Hill at 8,482 ft / 2,586 m. Watch the sun rise over the mighty Kanchenjunga, the third highest peak in the world. Return to the hotel for breakfast.
Half-day local sightseeing: After breakfast, visit:
- Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda
- Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute** (closed on Thursdays, local festivals and state and national government holidays)

Day 6 : Day 06: Darjeeling to NJP / Bagdogra (IXB)

After breakfast, transfer to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) or Bagdogra Airport (IXB) for your onward connection.

Good to know
- * At Pashupati Nagar, our vehicle will stop on the Indian side of the border. Guests walk across to the Nepalese side, where a local taxi to the market costs about INR 400 to 500 one way. The market is also an easy walk, just 2 km from the border gate.

- (Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked for)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Once the booking are confirmed, all booking confirmation will attract a NON WAVER FEE of INR 3000.00 per amendment + applicable cancellation if any + Difference in amount attracted due to change.
- Hotels will be confirmed as per the availability at the time of making Reservation
- Early check in / late checkout is subject to availability of rooms.
- Most of the hotels are NON AC be it of any category. In necessary the hotels will provide stand / table fan to the guest.
- Heaters are on chargeable basis for any 3* category or below hotels.
- Getting rooms with view will be subjected to availability at the time of allocating the rooms no matter how early the booking is done. However this is not applicable if view rooms are mentioned in the room category.
- Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary on point to point basis and not at disposal. AC will work only in the plains and will be switched off during hill drives.
- All sightseeing mentioned is subjected to weather conditions, political affairs & traffic conditions of the area.
- Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions is non-refundable and it cannot be carried forward to the next day.
- All entrances fees will be on direct payment basis as per Itinerary.
- Incase the Nathula pass permit is issued and due to whatsoever reason if the guest are unable to visit than there will be no refund of the payment.
- It is not advisable to travel at night, if necessary, supplement charges are applicable.
- We don’t have any credit policy hence payment option of upon arrival is not applicable. The very reason for upfront payment is that we also pay upfront payment to hotels & vendors thus commanding better price & services authenticity, which are passed to the end consumer. With us the situation like room bouncing / services disparity is not applicable as we pay way in advance and demand the promised services.
- In case of any Flight / Train Cancellation, which might affect the operation of the tour, the Company shall not be responsible for the same and the cancellation will be applicable as per the policy.
- Tours to North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen) once confirmed, will be liable to a cancellation charge, whatsoever be the reason including natural calamities like landslide etc. The cancellation percentage varies from property to property, situation to situation. This cancellation amount is fixed by the hotels themselves.
- Due to any unforeseen happening, and for suitable operational conditions, at the time of actual travelling, the itinerary could be altered, changed or removed. All such right are reserved with the operating company.
- There will be no refund for unutilized service in part or in full, what so ever may be the reason.
- We make all contingency plans so that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. Incase due to inevitable situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out & cannot be carried forward to the next day. If you are taking the left out tour on the next day, you will have to pay the extra against the vehicle charges as advised by the tour coordinator.
