Day to day itinerary
Day 1 : ARRIVAL IN TBILISI | AIRPORT TRANSFER
Welcome to Georgia! Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport, you will be greeted by our local representative. After completing immigration and collecting your baggage, proceed for your private transfer to the hotel in Tbilisi.
Once you reach the hotel, complete the check-in formalities and take some time to relax after your journey. The rest of the day is at leisure, allowing you to settle in and enjoy your first evening in Georgia at your own pace.
Day 2 : DISCOVER TBILISI | CITY SIGHTSEEING
Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel before heading out to explore Tbilisi, the charming capital of Georgia.
Enjoy a city sightseeing experience covering the character and highlights of this fascinating destination. With a private driver at your service, discover the city’s historic quarters, distinctive architecture, cultural landmarks and picturesque surroundings.
The tour offers a wonderful introduction to Tbilisi, where traditional Georgian heritage blends naturally with the atmosphere of a modern European city.
Return to the hotel after sightseeing and spend the evening at leisure.
Day 3 : ANANURI – ZHINVALI – GUDAURI – KAZBEGI | MOUNTAIN ESCAPE
After breakfast, set out on a memorable full-day journey into the spectacular mountain landscapes of Georgia.
Travel towards the Zhinvali Reservoir, surrounded by beautiful scenery, and continue to the historic Ananuri area, known for its impressive setting and cultural heritage. The journey then takes you towards Gudauri, a popular mountain destination offering breathtaking panoramic views.
Continue onwards to Kazbegi, one of the most scenic regions of Georgia, where dramatic Caucasus mountain landscapes create an unforgettable backdrop.
After completing the day’s exploration, return to Tbilisi and relax at the hotel.
Day 4 : DEPARTURE FROM TBILISI | JOURNEY CONCLUDES
Enjoy your final breakfast at the hotel before checking out.
At the scheduled time, proceed with your transfer to Tbilisi International Airport for your onward flight. With wonderful memories of Georgia’s culture, capital city and spectacular mountain scenery, your journey comes to an end.

Terms and Conditions:
- For 3 passengers travelling together, accommodation will be arranged in one triple-sharing room.
- Meals are not included on arrival day and no meals except breakfast on departure day.
- Mentioned hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking and may be replaced with similar-category hotels.
- Package rates are based on the specified room category. Any upgrade will be at an additional cost.
- Standard check-in time is at 14:00 (02:00 PM) to 15:00 (03:00 PM) and check-out time is at 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are not included and if the guests want to do so (sub to availability), then there will be an additional supplement and should be borne by the guests.
- Connecting rooms, adjoining rooms, specific floor, bed type or special room requests are subject to hotel availability.
- Meals will be provided as mentioned in the itinerary. Menu and restaurant arrangements are subject to availability.
- Special dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
- Tips, laundry, porterage, beverages, minibar, room service, telephone calls and other personal expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Optional tours, activities, experiences and upgrades are available at an additional cost and must be booked in advance where applicable.
- No refund will be provided for any unused, partially used or missed services.
- No refund will be provided for services missed due to late arrival, early departure or changes made by the guest.
- There will be American / continental breakfast or similar serve at the hotel and the company cannot make any changes in the menu.
- Any physical or mental disability requiring special attention or treatment must be noted at time of reservation.
- Original Indian passport valid for minimum 06 months beyond the travel.
- The itinerary can be altered due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather/ heavy traffic conditions. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
